Crystal and I attended our first
official Fiesta event last week,
A Taste of the Northside. It was held on the
grounds of the
Club at Sonterra, which some of you may
recall was the site of our wedding a little over 6 year ago. Both the food and the atmosphere were impressive. Additionally the money
raised, by this event, benefits the
Brighton center, an
organization that
assisted with Kayla's speech development. (
although sometimes i wish she hadn't done so well...
haha) It was a great event and a nice escape for a few hrs. I would recommend that anyone planning on attending this event in the future to wear comfortable shoes. But if the women you are with refuse, and choose style over comfort, well then gentlemen bring a back-up pair for yourself.
